I had anticipated on publishing this story much earlier, but held off in the hope that the NSW Government would respond to my questions. Unfortunately neither the education minister nor member for Bathurst responded to me, so the article was delayed slightly.

… and there is also the Department of Education & Training switchboard on (02) 9561 8000. You could call that and ask for a press person.
